How it works
Fairing sends every survey response to Shopify Flow as a trigger payload. That makes responses the starting point for any workflow you can build in Flow: tagging orders, notifying your team, updating customer records, routing follow-ups.
Setup
Install the Shopify Flow app if you have not already (available on all Shopify plans except Basic), connect Shopify Flow under Integrations in Fairing, then create a workflow using the Fairing trigger.
