Demo Offer Terms

Effective October 7, 2026

These terms cover Fairing’s “gift card when you take a demo” promotion (the “Offer”). The gift card amount is the one shown in the Offer at the time you claim it. The Offer is run by Fairing, Inc. (“Fairing”, “we”, “us”). By submitting your email through the Offer or booking a demo under it, you agree to these terms, Fairing’s Terms of Service and Fairing’s Privacy Policy.

1. Who is eligible

To receive the reward you must meet all of the following:

You work at a company that sells online and are involved in decisions about marketing, growth, analytics or ecommerce tooling there.
You use a company email address. Personal, shared and disposable mailboxes do not qualify.
You are new to Fairing. Your company is not a current Fairing customer and you have not completed a Fairing demo in the past twelve months.
You are 18 or older and located somewhere this kind of promotion is allowed. The Offer is void where prohibited.
You are not excluded. Fairing employees and contractors, employees of companies that compete with Fairing, and agencies or consultants evaluating on behalf of a client are not eligible.

Fairing decides eligibility at its sole discretion and may ask you to confirm your role or company before issuing a reward.

2. How to qualify

Claim the Offer through the form on fairing.co using your work email while the Offer is running.
Book a demo with Fairing’s team through the booking link we provide and attend the full session, which runs about thirty minutes, with a member of the Fairing team.
Rescheduled demos still count as long as the session is completed while the Offer is running or within thirty days after it ends.
No-shows, sessions you end early, and demos booked outside the Offer flow do not qualify.

No purchase is required to take part.

3. The reward

What you get: one digital gift card for the amount shown in the Offer when you claimed it. Fairing chooses the gift card provider and may substitute a card of equal value.
Delivery: by email to the work address you claimed with, within fourteen business days after your demo is completed.
Limit: one reward per person and one reward per company, no matter how many people from that company claim the Offer.
Lost emails: if your reward does not arrive, contact us within sixty days of your demo and we will resend it once. Fairing is not responsible for rewards that go unclaimed after that, or for rewards sent to an address you entered incorrectly.

4. Restrictions

Rewards are personal to you. They cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash.
The Offer cannot be combined with other Fairing promotions, referral rewards, credits or discounts.
You are responsible for any taxes that apply to the reward.
Check your employer’s policies on accepting gifts before you claim. If those policies do not allow it, let us know and we will not issue the reward.

5. Changes and ending the Offer

Fairing may change, pause or end the Offer at any time without notice. If you claimed before the Offer ended, we will still honor your reward as long as your demo is completed within thirty days of the end date.

Fairing may withhold or cancel a reward where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, misuse, use of multiple identities or email addresses, false information, or a breach of these terms.

6. Your information

The details you submit are handled under Fairing’s Privacy Policy. We use them to arrange your demo, deliver the reward and tell you about Fairing’s products. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.

7. Liability and governing law

Fairing is not liable for errors or delays in running the Offer, for technical problems that prevent a claim, or for rewards that are not received for reasons outside our control, beyond resending a reward where reasonable. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, consistent with Fairing’s Terms of Service.
