How it works

Fairing writes survey responses to Shopify Order Metafields, which makes them a first-class dimension inside Shopify Analytics. Each question maps to a named metafield you can use in reports, filters, and ShopifyQL.

What teams build with it

Attribution, NPS, and survey reporting inside Shopify Analytics, right next to the order metrics you already use. Historical responses can backfill when you enable the integration.

Setup

Connect Shopify Analytics under Integrations, grant the write_orders scope, and enable. Backfill takes anywhere from 30 minutes to a few hours. Open-ended and date questions are not synced.
